BenQ Corporation is a Taiwanese multi-national company that sells and markets consumer electronics, computing and communications devices under the "BenQ" brand name. The company is known for its displays, and it also makes projectors. The company has made smartphones under its own brand name and manufactured them for brands such as Dell.

Benq's latest mobile launch is the F3. The mobile was launched in December 2013. The phone comes with a 4.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 540 pixels by 960 pixels.

The Benq F3 is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor and it comes with 1GB of RAM. The phone packs 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Benq F3 packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Benq F3 runs Android 4.2 and is powered by a 2100mAh non removable battery. It measures 131.60 x 66.90 x 8.90 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 119.00 grams.

The Benq F3 is a single SIM (GSM) mobile that accepts a Regular-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM and 3G. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
