PHICOMM is a brand owned by Shanghai Feixun Communication Co., Ltd., which is dedicated to R&D and manufacture of networking and communication equipment. Feixun, established in 2008, is a supplier in networking and communication equipment industry. The company has R&D bases in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Wuhan. Phicomm is the company's smartphone brand. Phicomm's latest mobile launch is the Passion 660. The mobile was launched in June 2015. The phone comes with a 5.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels at a PPI of 441 pixels per inch.

The Phicomm Passion 660 is powered by 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor and it comes with 2GB of RAM. The phone packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Phicomm Passion 660 packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Phicomm Passion 660 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Micro-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM, Wi-Fi Direct, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India).
