Sony has already announced the Android 4.4 upgrade roadmap for its smartphones which majorly included top-of-the-line devices. However, the Sony support page for few Xperia smartphones suggest that Android 4.4 KitKat update might be coming for smartphones that include the Xperia SPmid-range smartphone.

Xperia Blog first spotted the support page and has posted a bunch of images of Sony support pages that show Android version overviews for smartphones like Xperia SP, Xperia T, Xperia TX, Xperia V and Xperia ZR.

The Sony Xperia SP's support page clearly reveals Android 4.4 KitKat as the 'future version' for the smartphone, while other Xperia smartphones, namely Xperia T, Xperia TX, Xperia V and Xperia ZR are seen listed with 'Under Investigation' Android 4.4 KitKat update.

In addition, the Xperia Blog has also posted support page screenshots for the Xperia Z, Xperia Z Ultra and Xperia ZL, which much like the Xperia SP, include Android 4.4 KitKat as their 'future version'.
