Highlights
  • iPhone XR now starts at Rs. 59,900 following the price cut
  • 10 percent cashback offer for HDFC customers is not applicable online
  • No-cost EMI, exchange offers are available on all storage variants

iPhone XR recently received a limited time price cut on all three storage variants in India, but the offer was limited to Apple authorised retail partners and was set to go live today. Thankfully, for those who were longing for the offer to come online and spare them a visit to a retail store, the limited period price cut on the iPhone XR is now live on Amazon.in as well. Following the price cut, the iPhone XR now starts at Rs. 59,900 on Amazon.in for the 64GB base model. Unfortunately, the additional cashback for HDFC Bank debit and credit card holders is not applicable if the iPhone XR is purchased online from Amazon.in. Notably, Flipkart isn't yet offering the iPhone XR price cut.

As for the pricing, the iPhone XR 64GB variant is now available for Rs. 59,900 on Amazon.in following the price cut. The iPhone XR's 128GB and 256GB variants are going for Rs. 64,900 and Rs. 74,900 respectively. Additionally, Amazon.in is offering no-cost EMI offer to customers of major banks in India, including HDFC Bank credit card holders. There is also an exchange offer that will let buyers get up to Rs. 17,400 off on the iPhone XR if they trade in their old smartphone. Moreover, online shoppers can avail benefits of their Amazon Prime membership, provided they have one.

The limited time price cut on the iPhone XR (Review) brings the price down to the same level for all three storage variants, irrespective of whether it is purchased from an authorised retail store or Amazon.in. But the major difference is the cashback offer for HDFC Bank debit and credit card holders, as they can avail the 10 percent additional cashback only when the purchase is made from an Apple authorised retail store, bringing the effective starting price of the iPhone XR further down to Rs. 53,900.
