Five purported images of the yet-to-be-announced Samsung Galaxy S5 Zoom (aka Galaxy K Zoom) smartphone have surfaced online, showcasing the device from various angles.

While the first two rendered images show the textured 'band-aid' design of the alleged Galaxy S5 Zoom's rear panel, the other three live images show the rumoured smartphone itself.

The purported Galaxy S5 Zoom renders sourced by a Chinese website (via GSMArena) do not reveal much about the rumoured handset, but only the rear panel design. The images show what look like slots for the camera lens, flash, volume rocker and lock screen buttons. While one image shows a blue-coloured back panel, the second image shows a transparent panel. Both images look more like a rear panel cover rather than the panel itself. The cover is once again seen in the next three live images allegedly showing the smartphone.

The purported live images show the main camera lens, back panel and the right side of the Samsung Galaxy S5 Zoom, all covered in a transparent cover. The white-coloured handset ditches the bulge-like grip at the bottom of the rear panel seen in the Galaxy S4 Zoom, and individual lock screen, volume and camera buttons are seen on the right panel.

The report adds the upcoming Samsung Galaxy K Zoom seen in the alleged images will include a 20-megapixel camera with 10x optical zoom stretching from the 24mm to 240mm range. The rest of the rumoured specifications for the handset include a 4.8-inch HD screen, Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Samsung's TouchWiz UI, and a quad-core 1.6GHz chip or an Exynos hexa-core with dual Cortex-A15 and quad Cortex-A7 cores.

Last week, a Dutch website posted an alleged camera sample shot and some other details of the rumoured Galaxy S5 Zoom. Reports reveal the resolution of the image as 3888x5184 pixels, along with a benchmark listing model - SM-C115.
