OnePlus Pad 3 is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The OnePlus Pad 3 runs Android 15 and is powered by a 12140mAh non-removable battery.

Connectivity options on the OnePlus Pad 3 include USB Type-C, Wi-Fi, GPS, and NFC. Sensors on the tablet include compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and accelerometer.
