The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 7.82-inch touchscreen primary display offering a resolution of 2,268x2,440 pixels at a pixel density of 426 pixels per inch (ppi). It also features a 6.31-inch touchscreen as its second display, with a resolution of 1,116x2,484 pixels at a pixel density of 431 pixels per inch (ppi).Oppo Find N3 comes with 16GB of RAM. The Oppo Find N3 runs Android 13 and is powered by a 4,805mAh non-removable battery. The Oppo Find N3 supports Super VOOC fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo Find N3 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 48-megapixel primary camera; a 64-megapixel camera, and a 48-megapixel camera. On the front, the Oppo Find N3 packs a dual camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel primary camera and a second 20-megapixel camera.

The Oppo Find N3 runs ColorOS 13 is based on Android 13 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Oppo Find N3 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. It was launched in Classic Black and Champagne Gold colours.

Connectivity options on the Oppo Find N3 include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.30, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) , and 5G with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The Oppo Find N3 supports face unlock.
