The television is working real fine. The audio and video quality is good. The installation and demo was done on the same day. Very fast service. Satisfied with the purchase.

but its not full HD its only HD ready 720p instead of 1080p....

Flipkart delivered this panasonic TV in 3 days from placing the order. TV delivered on Dec 7, 2018.
On enquiring when would the technician arrive to install the TV, Flipkart scheduled and rescheduled installation dates. Finally, on Dec 24, that is after 20 days the TV installation technician arrived to install the TV. Now, on Dec 24, the technician discovers the TV screen is broken, when he opens the original packed TV, received from the installer. On filing complaints by me, the consumer and, the TV technicians (I received a screenshot on my whatsapp of the complaint by the TV technician), the complaints did not appear on record or under "tracking the product" section.
From Dec 24 to Jan 6, 2019, I am given the runaround by Flipkart Customer Service Executives.
A side story of Flipkart's so called "Executives". When you call, they say "they completely understand your concern", then they tell you something completely irrelevant, not answering your specific question. Then you are required to update them and bring them back to the original question. Now, they decide to narrate the issue on file, which you as a consumer are already aware, then after a long conversation, they inform you that the request has been escalated and, that they will get back to be by a certain future date. Nothing happens till that date, you end up calling again, here they ask you, did you receive any calls from them. REALLY? Would you have called them, if they had called you? Now we receive yet another future date for them to resolve the situation. OMG!!!!!! Not sure to whom and how this escalation process works?
Today, Jan 9, 2019, I am told that the replacement time of 10 days has elapsed. And that the seller has rejected my request. SERIOUSLY? Someone, please tell me how is this my fault? Or is it my fault because I used Flipkart to buy a TV online and pay the price upfront for the continuous torture & pain, blood pressure, frustration?
Is FLIPKART a glorified SWINDLER?? Swindling consumers right under their nose?
My request for replacement or refund was REJECTED on various occasions. Finally, after persistence on social media, Flipkart refunded my purchase price and, my bank account was deposited on Jan 24, 2019.
