As rumours of the Nokia 9 flagship smartphone keep showing up, we decided to talk about the smartphone and Nokia's strategy to get back into the smartphone game. Phone enthusiast Aditya Shenoy and games editor Rishi Alwani join host Pranay Parab to talk about the smartphone brand and its future.

We start by comparing the Nokia launch strategy against that used by electric car maker Tesla. We talk about the Nokia 3310 (2017) and how Nokia is slowly going up the price ladder, building up to its flagship. This could be an effective marketing strategy for a brand as strong as that of Nokia.

The future of Nokia's feature phones strategy is currently unknown although the company does see a big market in that segment. We wonder whether Nokia will bring back other classic feature phones or upgrade the Nokia 3310 (2017).

The company's Android smartphone lineup is going to be available worldwide soon, and we talk about the Nokia 3, Nokia 5, and Nokia 6. We discuss how these smartphones could fare against competition and whether people would prefer them to other smartphones. Unlike the 3310 (2017), these smartphones have a lot of competition in the market.

Then we mention the Nokia 9 flagship smartphone that has been rumoured. We wonder whether people love the brand enough to want to pay flagship price when competitors such as Samsung and Apple offer compelling smartphones. Finally, we talk about Nokia's ecosystem of accessories and whether it can pull off a marketing win through these.
