Realme P4 Pro 5G

Realme’s P4 Pro has a polycarbonate frame and rear panel, both of which are prone to accumulating fingerprints. Its design is quite slim and tapered on the sides thanks to the 4D-curved edge display panel and is also IP66-rated for dust and water.

Performance from the new chipset is not a problem and it handles Realme UI 6 without any issues. Gaming is also handled well, allowing users to play high-end games. There’s also a secondary chip for image processing, which lets the phone bump up the visual frame rate, theoretically, but this turned out to be a gimmick.

Camera performance is decent at best. The camera app now forces you to select one of two colour modes both of which makes a photo appear drastically different. There’s 4K video recording, which does a fine job provided you stick to 30 fps. The phone with its massive battery capacity can easily last over day with heavy usage. Charging is sufficiently fast.
