Realme 15x 5G is powered by a 2.4GHz MHz octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The Realme 15x 5G runs Android 15 and is powered by a 7,000mAh non-removable battery. The Realme 15x 5G supports Super VOOC fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme 15x 5G on the rear packs a 50-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 50-megapixel sensor.
