Xiaomi 13 Ultra mobile was launched on 18th April 2023. The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.70-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 3200x1440 pixels. The display sports Gorilla Glass for protection. Xiaomi 13 Ultra is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor that features 1 core clocked at 3.2GHz, 4 cores clocked at 2.8GHz and 3 cores clocked at 2GHz. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra runs Android 13 and is powered by a 5000mAh non-removable battery. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra supports wireless charging, as well as proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra on the rear packs a quad camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera; a 50-megapixel (ultra wide-angle) camera; a 50-megapixel (telephoto) camera, and a 50-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra runs MIUI 14 is based on Android 13 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is a dual-SIM mobile. It was launched in Black, White, and Olive Green colours. It features an IP68 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, NFC, Infrared, and USB OTG with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
