Nice product with efficient cooling and 1day installation. But this model does not come with auto left-right swing.

Initial impression is very good. Cools 10 ft x 10ft room under 15 minutes ! And it doesn't stink like my other brand AC (bought together). Installation done the next day itself and it was very convenient as I didn't had to call Carrier Service Center. Rated energy consumption is on the low side ! Remote is minimal and has a backlight. Overall I'm happy with the choice of Carrier 1.2 Ton 5 star AC.

Fast Delivery .Awesome cooling bt Poor Installation . Technician very bad behaviour.

Ac is good and cooling is excellent but the installation people were inexperienced and they took money without starting the AC....they even don't have 1 metre electric cable...what kind of service Flipkart is providing...flipkart should look into the matter and should keep good people in installation services.

Worst installation, charged 6000 rupees for installation, no proper installation, worst remote control. Installation person is not good didn't drill the wall, didn't finish proper installation. Remote not working after 3 days

Cooling is fine but this Carrier flexi cool is just a box of ac with no features as they are mentioning. Can not tconnect to wifi, can not connect to mobile remote, no features at all. It is very expensive if u see other brands features

After running the AC for more than 4 hours continuously getting a noise from internal unit.
