The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture. The front camera also features autofocus.

The Vivo T5 measures 166.64 x 78.43 x 8.39mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 219.00 grams. It was launched in Black and Gold colour. It features an IP69 rating for dust and water protection. It bears a polycarbonate body.
