Vivo X300 Ultra is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Vivo X300 Ultra runs Android 16 and is powered by a 6600mAh non-removable battery. The Vivo X300 Ultra supports wireless charging, as well as 100W Fast Charging fast charging.

Connectivity options on the Vivo X300 Ultra include Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.40, NFC, Infrared, and USB Type-C with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
