About Cabrini Movie

Based on the life of Cabrini (Cristiana Dell'Anna), an Italian nun who became one of the greatest social entrepreneurs of all time in the United States of America. Cabrini founded the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and became the first U.S. citizen to be canonized as a saint by the Catholic Church. The film touches also touches upon the subjects of sexism and Anti-Italianism in New York City during the late 19th century.
