Super laptop

Does this have graphic card?

Sorry it's 3 starrating only. I bought this laptop after gap of 10 years. My previous laptop HP pavilion DV 2000 lasted some 10 years. When compared to this laptop, the DV 2000 was much good looking and much well built. This one does not look as great as that one, the build quality is also not that great. To be honest, I feel this HP notebook series are old COMPAQ series of laptop, acquired by HP and branded and sold as HP . May be this is the reason behind decreased ranking of HP laptops now.

Packing was excellent. Received before time. Working fine. Looks are OK. It took 2 hours to activate MS Office 2016 with the help of HP Tech Support.

Having a very worst experience. Not to the expectation of HP. The major problem with this product is that function of the special character key '@' is interchanged with that ( " ) key. Asked Flipkart for replacement and true to its terms and conditions the product was replaced with a new one within 2days. But surprisingly the replaced product too had the same problem. Requested Flipkart for Refund 1day back. Yet to hear from them. Here i am not able to understand as to the quality check of the product by HP. Surprisingly there is no mention about the issue in any of the sites or forum. Thinking of highlighting the problem to HP too. Whatever be the outcome, will update soon. Flipkart came back with a solution by changing the setting in language. Problem solved within a week. The product is smooth and fast. Happy to use it and a pleasure to work on it.

Received product with NO damages!

Product : five star : +ve : in simple terms awesome experience. Battery lasts more than 5 hours. -Ve : lots of unwanted softwares, also configuring initially a little tiresome. Battery charging indicator light is small, so difficult to know whether fully charged. Service : 3 star : price and offers changes quickly, and I lost ₹1500 after adding to cart, don't visit the product page more number of times, they will change the price. Arrived one day before. But I had to collect it from the courier service office because the courier service person told he can't deliver after 2pm and also the package is big !!
