This is not Product Review. I received the product on 11th still it's not installed. Called LG customer care almost 10 times. No proper response from them. My friend brought the same product from local shop it got installed on the same day. But for me they keep on saying Tomorrow we will install it.I did not expect this type of service from LG.

This product cools room within few minutes without any power surge, both indoor n outdoor units are quite enough as compare other. If you use it for more then 8hrs in well insulated room with temp 25-27 see the magic in your power consumption.While installation if you face any challenge contact Amazon they'll surely help you out to resolve case.

Excellent cooling

Great Product with latest technology. Does cooling in 5 mins and both indoor and outdoor unit very quite as well.

Writing this review after more than 1 month of use. Its very powerful and very quite. Cools my 110sqft room in 15mins and makes it so chilly at 24"C that I have to use it will slow speed fan and at 27'C sometimes. Its and Alloy based AC with outdoor unit having aluminium and pipes, indoor unit is copper.DETAILED REVIEW WILL BE UPLOADED SOON.

Recently l have purchased two A/Cs ,1T &1.5T, through Chroma , delivery and installation was very quick. Though initially , there was little problem of water drip which was rectified immediately . Functions are superior to most of others, having latest technology

Finest AC.. The ac is very great, fabulous performance cooling was superb and cools the room quickly, low noise and saves energy alot compared to Non - inverter Acs...

Good AC. Using for more than 2year good performance worth to buy

I bought this AC from offline seller and product so far have been working good after almost 45 days of usage. But one piece of advice just buy a simple inverter ac with 3 or 5 stars without any frills as rest of the features like mosquito repellant, air purifier, hicool, 3m etc are just marketing gimmick. You can save good 10k on your products.It cools my 12x12 room in 10 minutes , that to in Delhi summers that is currently at 45C.. mosquito repellent don't work, noiseless operation.

Good Ac Cools Fast...Installation was a problem otherwise Overall it's good Value for the Price paid...

Decent One but yeah it doesn't cool the room instantly. Price is only high due to dual inverter. Be aware of the installation guys, they are pathetic.

It saves bills but cooling is slow and sideways airwing does not work...

Ac is good. But mosquito repellent is not effective at all. Buy without repellant option to save money. 6000 could be saved by avoiding this feature

Product works well. However, be aware that free standard installation is a hoax. Installers from LG charged an installation fee to my parents of around 1200 and never sent a receipt which they said would be sent by email. So, "free" standard installation is a hoax and you will end up paying.

Mosquito away feature does not work. Avoid that feature. It would save 5k.

I have purchased this product 1 week back....overall product is good....I have bought it at 40 k....With in a week price came down to 38 k.......so overall loss for me is 2 k.......

PRO: Excellent product; quite and energy efficient. Cools very quickly and best for a room size between 180 sq feet and 250 sq. feet. If room is smaller than 180, please go with 1 ton option as 1.5 ton will be waste of money.CON: LG Service staff are looters. I was charge Rs.2200/- for installation of AC. I wish I had called local vendor instead of LG authorized vendor.Recommendation to LG: Please add the cost of installation while selling the product. Don't make your customers suffer. Otherwise, even after having a great product, LG will loose customers.

LG support is good , got remote replacement immediately after ticket raised.

Having cooling issues

I am very much sure that mosquito repellent has no effect nd same just a gimmick to sell this product by LG. Worth challenging this feature before competition commission of India for mis-selling of product.

The experience was spoiled by the installation guys, who charged me 1200 just for the mounting stand for one of the outdoor unit stating that it required a bigger stand wherein the stand cost approx 500 to Rs 700 online (please look into this). I had purchased 2 units and the installation cost was more than 4k. Happy with the LG Air Conditioner, its works like a charm. I prefer to shop on Amazon, however with this episode I will have to look around and with Walmart entering....

While leading brands are selling AC's with copper condenser and competitive price then why LG is selling every AC with alloy condenser and higher priceAlloy it's better than Cooper or what's the reason

Problem with the installation. Frequent leaks of collected water which stained the wall. Technician said it?s the moisture collected inside the AC which is common in LG, none of my other branded AC as Diakin and General gave me such problems. LG technicians visited very often still the problem persists. Though cooling is effective.

no support is being provided for installation

vey bad product and hopeless service. no cooling compared to other brand's 1.5 ton AC.after 7 visits to my home LG engineers could not rectify mistake and improve cooling.better go for other brands
