Comio is owned by Chinese ODM Topwise Communication, and is headquartered in Hong Kong. Topwise Communication was founded in 2005, and it specializes in manufacturing all categories of smartphones, PC tablets and POS machines worldwide, including leading Indian smartphone brands. The first smartphones the company launched in India are the Comio P1, S1, and C1. Comio's latest mobile launch is the Galaxy A37 5G.
