OnePlus recently announced that its '2014 Flagship Killer', the One, will have limited availability and can only be purchased by those who have received invites.

However, it seems there is good news for those interested in buying the new OnePlus One, with five online retailers based in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain now offering the smartphone without contract.

The only quibble is that the online retailers are offering the OnePlus One at a higher price than the usual starting price of $299 (roughly Rs. 18,300) for the 16GB unlocked and without contract model.

Lenteen has listed the new OnePlus One at EUR 294.99, while is also charging for shipping EUR 19.99 making the total amount for a 16GB unlocked variant to EUR 314.98 (roughly Rs. 25,300).

OppoMart, is offering the same model for EUR 399.99 (roughly Rs. 32,000); SPEmall lists the handset for $397.99 (roughly Rs. 23,600); Topresellerstore is selling the 16GB model for EUR 312 (roughly Rs. 25,000), and Flosmall at $416 (roughly Rs. 24,700). The listings were first reported by GizChina.

In addition, OnePlus shipping might be delayed due to a last minute software update. The company in its invite to consumers has noted the same, as published by Mobilesyrup, "The software recently received a major update but we are still working on perfecting some final issues. For that reason, we can't yet confirm the exact date that the phone will ship."

The OnePlus One was launched in April with the company announcing a Q2 release. The company also revealed that the handset will be initially available in Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, the UK and the US. The OnePlus One will be available in Sandstone Black and Silk White colour variants.
