Poco F7 Benchmark Reveals Handset Will Be Equipped With 12GB of RAM

A new benchmark listing for the Xiaomi 25053PC47G on Geekbench (via Abhishek Yadav) sheds some light on the purported Poco F7. The entry reveals that the handset scored 1,937 points on the single core test, and 6,021 points on the multi core test. It also reveals additional details about the upcoming handset's specifications.

The core configuration of the handset on Geekbench reveals that it will be equipped with a octa core chipset with two cores clocked at 2.02GHz, two cores at 2.8GHz, three cores at 3.01GHz, and one core at 3.21GHz. This indicates that it will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset.

According to the benchmark entry, the Poco F7 will be equipped with 12GB of RAM. Poco India head Himanshu Tandon's recently hinted that the company would launch a "powerful device with a flagship level chipset" with 12GB of RAM, and he could have been referring to the purported Poco F7 or the Poco F7 Ultra.

Meanwhile, the company is already gearing up to launch of its next Poco F series smartphone. Earlier this week, a microsite on Flipkart hinted at the arrival of the Poco F7 in India. Like its predecessor, the Poco F6, the upcoming smartphone is also expected to be available for purchase via the e-commerce platform.

Recent reports suggest that the Poco F7 will be a rebadged version of the Chinese Redmi Turbo 4 Pro model. It could be equipped with a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup, and the Indian variant of the handset will reportedly pack a 7,550mAh battery.
