Sony at its pre-IFA 2015 trade show event on Wednesday launched its new flagship smartphones, the Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Compact and the world's first 4K resolution display smartphone, the Xperia Z5 Premium. While the prices did not accompany the launch announcement, the Japanese tech firm has not taken too long to reveal them - at least for Europe. As known before, two of the smartphones would begin shipping in October, while the Xperia Z5 Premium will ship in November.

The Sony Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Compact, and Xperia Z5 Premium have now been listed on the company's own UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain portals, with pricing and a 'coming soon' tag. Amazon UK, Germany and Clove UK online retailers have also listed the smartphones. The Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Premium are expected to hit the Indian market before Diwali in November, while Xperia Z5 Compact is unlikely to come to Indian shores in the first phase of rollouts. Though India pricing will not match directly converted Europe price tags, they will give us an indication of just how expensive they will be on arrival. It is worth mentioning that all the listings of the three Xperia Z5 variants are for the SIM-free (carrier unlocked) 32GB inbuilt storage models.
