Moto G55 mobile was launched on 29th August 2024. The phone comes with a 6.49-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels (FHD+) at a pixel density of 405 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display sports Gorilla Glass 5 for protection.Moto G55 comes with 8GB of RAM. The Moto G55 runs Android 14 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The Moto G55 supports 33W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Moto G55 on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and an 8-megapixel (f/2.2, ultra wide-angle) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture.

Moto G55 is based on Android 14 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 1000GB). The Moto G55 measures 161.56 x 73.82 x 8.09mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 179.00 grams. It was launched in Forest Grey, Smoky Green, and Twilight Purple colours. It bears a vegan leather body.

Connectivity options on the Moto G55 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.30, NFC, USB Type-C, and FM radio with active 4G on both SIM cards.
