OPPO Reno 15 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor. It comes with 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The OPPO Reno 15 runs Android 16 and is powered by a 6200mAh non-removable battery. The OPPO Reno 15 supports 80W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the OPPO Reno 15 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 200-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/2.0, ultra wide-angle) camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.8, telephoto) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 50-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.

The OPPO Reno 15 runs ColorOS 16 is based on Android 16 and packs 256GB, 512GB of inbuilt storage. The OPPO Reno 15 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The OPPO Reno 15 measures 151.21 x 72.42 x 8.13mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 188.00 grams. It was launched in Aurora Blue, Twilight Blue, and Aurora White colours. It features an IP69 rating for dust and water protection. It bears a glass body.

Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor. The OPPO Reno 15 supports face unlock.
