Realme P4 5G mobile was launched on 20th August 2025. The phone comes with a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.77-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2392 pixels (FHD+). It comes with 6GB, 8GB of RAM. The Realme P4 5G runs Android 15 and is powered by a 7000mAh non-removable battery. The Realme P4 5G supports 80W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme P4 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and an 8-megapixel (f/2.2, ultra wide-angle) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.

The Realme P4 5G runs Realme UI 6 is based on Android 15 and packs 128GB, 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Realme P4 5G is a dual-SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Realme P4 5G measures 163.34 x 75.88 x 7.58mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 185.00 grams. It was launched in Engine Blue, Forge Red, and Steel Gray colours. It features an IP65 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the Realme P4 5G include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.40, Infrared, and USB Type-C with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
