Realme P4 5G mobile was launched on 20th August 2025. The phone comes with a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.77-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2392 pixels (FHD+). It comes with 6GB, 8GB of RAM. The Realme P4 5G runs Android 15 and is powered by a 7000mAh non-removable battery. The Realme P4 5G supports 80W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme P4 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and an 8-megapixel (f/2.2, ultra wide-angle) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.

The Realme P4 5G runs Realme UI 6 is based on Android 15 and packs 128GB, 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Realme P4 5G is a dual-SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. It features an IP65 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the Realme P4 5G include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.40, Infrared, and USB Type-C with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
