Just awesome air conditioner! The product was delivered timely in very good condition. They charged me with Rs 1150 installation charge and Rs 750 for the outdoor unit wall mounting stand. The AC is very efficient and cools perfectly. My ceiling faces sun directly but no issues in cooling. Just go with this branded Samsung AC.

Delivery from Flipkart is on time as promised, and follow up support for installation is good as well. Coming to the performance of AC - have been using for 4 months and didn't find any problem. cools the room faster but one thing observed is slight delay in compressor to kick in - otherwise a good product and got at a good price.

But for the noise it has - it is a good AC for the cost i paid!

We just purchased the AC, it took almost a week after it's delivery for installation. Now, we hear some krrr sound everytime we turn it all till we power off

Its good. But I have one doubt for its. Just now I installed in open please for outdoor if it is good or not. Its rainy season also.

the AC unit reached me on time but the installation team charged me 4.5 k for installation. whereas i had confirmed with customer care that i will not be charged anything at all.

Received incompatible indoor and outdoor unit. Installation guys told this to me and I told the same to flipkart on 22nd May. From then flipkart is making me fool. Every next day they rejects my request without any reason. Already created 3 requests and all of no use. wondering what flipkart support is for. Never seen such irresponsible support ever. Flipkart is good till your luck helps you. Once you find any issue, you created a pain for yourself. Be aware of this.

Their installation offer is a scam, don't choose it if u are taking it for that offer. The installation guys come and suddenly claim the offer is invalid. I took a chance after reading about it but paid heavily. Don't fall for it!

We might have bought this product in sale for 27 k but the installation took 2500 rs , as guaranteed by flipkart there was nothing like std . installation charges of 499 and the installation guy was too rude to understand the promised offer .
