This phone is the best it's better than the iPhone the camera is amazing and the screen is so smooth and big.It also has amazing features like face recognition and waterproof and the camera looks like a iPhone 10 but the quality is 10x more better.

Honestly I really like the phone. I think it is one of the best phones Samsung has has put out.

I bought my A10e brand new at Target for $149. 2 days after the 1 year manufacturers warranty ended, it literally had a "melt down." I only used its original cord & charging plug to recharge it. As usual, I plugged it in and set it atop my bedside table. About 3 hours later, as I was watching a movie, I got a small whif of burning plastic. I thought I had imagined the smell bcuz it was very slight. To be sure, I checked out my cellphone. For the very first time I noticed it felt really hot on the back of the phone just above the charging port where the "C" charging cord was still inserted at. I unplugged the "C" cord from the phone and I smelled the port where �t felt very warm to the touch. It positively smelled like melted plastic at the port area. I thought hard about what I could've done for this to happen. I am well aware knowing never to mix around plugs and chargers bcuz of differences in size and voltage can harm electronic devices. I never dropped, wet, nor ever got a scratch or dent on my phone. Shortly thereafter, it stopped charging all together. I had to buy another new cellphone. I have no idea why it happened. It worked perfectly up until it smoked itself into an early death. I loved the screen more than anything. It had a curve in it like reading a page in a book. I've never seen that in any phone. The screen was everything to me. It felt silk� slick and quick. Loved the SMS app. Bcuz it died for no reason �f my doing is why I gave it 2 stars. It deserved 5 stars if it was still working.

Camera pictures anything over 25 ft range comes out poor, if you like to play video games do not by this phone. after an hour of playing this phone gets very and freezes the phone up and that with playing on a very dim screen. The battery was giving me issue after 9 months after purchase. It would turn on no matter what. Then the only other solution was to smack the phone on my knee, not to hard but after doing that a month later the microphone would not work so the only way i could make or receive a phone call was with my speaker phone. So if i were you don't buy this cell. Good luck cellphone hunting.
