  I was one of the first to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. I was on the waiting list and got in Feb 2020. At 1st I was so excited. It was so cool. After 3 months the phone had a crease where you fold it, that bubbled up on the screen,, not to mention the screen itself is chipping in more than one spot. Both make my phone look dirty and ugly. After buying a phone for $1380 in full I am so miserable with it. I was told in the beginning of April 2020 when I contacted Samsung I had 2 choices 1. To drive an hour to a mall in another county and have Samsung fix it or 2. Take it into their other location in Manhattan. Might I say also covid started mid March 2020 for NY. So they closed the mall for months, and I was definitely not heading into the city where the pandemic was the highest. I dont feel comfortable going into a mall as I have health problems and am more of a risk to get sick w covid. So almost a year later I am stuck w this phone that makes me unhappy everyday. I made a huge mistake and would give this phone 0 stars if possible. Buyer beware. Save yourself the money and DONT BUY IT!!

  The phone is as beautiful as it claims . And the performance is amazingly smooth. Just love waking up seeing the phone beside me. It is worth the money and Amazon has delivered the product safely without any issues.
