Vivo V60 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. It comes with 8GB, 12GB, 16GB of RAM. The Vivo V60 runs Android 15 and is powered by a 6500mAh non-removable battery. The Vivo V60 supports 90W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo V60 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.88) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/2.65, telephoto) camera, and an 8-megapixel (f/2.0, ultra wide-angle) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 50-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.

The Vivo V60 runs FuntouchOS 15 is based on Android 15 and packs 128GB, 256GB, 512GB of inbuilt storage. The Vivo V60 is a dual-SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Vivo V60 measures 163.53 x 76.96 x 7.53mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 190.00 grams. It was launched in Auspicious Gold, Mist Grey, and Moonlit Blue colours. It features an IP69 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the Vivo V60 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.40, NFC, USB OTG, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G , and 5G with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
