Vivo X Fold 2 mobile was launched on 20th April 2023. The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 8.03-inch touchscreen primary display offering a resolution of 1916x2160 pixels (FHD+) and an aspect ratio of 21:9. It also features a 6.53-inch touchscreen as its second display, with a resolution of 1080x2520 pixels. Vivo X Fold 2 is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Vivo X Fold 2 runs Android 13 and is powered by a 4800mAh battery. The Vivo X Fold 2 supports wireless charging, as well as proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo X Fold 2 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera; a 12-megapixel (f/2.2, ultra wide-angle) camera, and a 12-megapixel (f/1.98, macro) camera. The Vivo X Fold 2 measures 161.30 x 73.40 x 13.00mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 280.00 grams. It was launched in Azure Blue, China Red, and String Shadow Black colours.

Connectivity options on the Vivo X Fold 2 include Wi-Fi 802.11 ax, GPS, Bluetooth v5.30, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) , and 5G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
