I got this product on time and I start using it on same day. This Laptop is Good for moderate use like surfing net and Documentation work only. It is LOW ON RAM (2GB), don't know why Asus then also shipped it with a 64bit Windows 8.1 Who's minimum requirement to run is also 2GB RAM. Due to which it lags sometime to complete basic operation. I RECOMMEND to install a 32 bit Win 8.1 or Win 10 to use this laptop without any lags. at this cost real a good product.

i've been using this product since a month now, I usually use this product for my office related work, I.e. Internet browsing, Emailing and Excel sheets, It has been smooth experience. Pros: Excellent Battery Life. Super Light weight laptop and charger. Cons: Not for gaming.

Processor is average. Good for use like web surfing or documentation. Do not expect high performance or gaming. Lightweight and slim. Good at this pricepoint. Pros- Good battery backup Audio quality from built-in speakers is very good Touchpad is big & precise

I LIKE THIS laptop and also got very fast delivery of this product. The features of this laptop are so good in this price so I can say that this is a value for money laptop. Packaging of the laptop was also very impressive. I love it.

Perfect laptop for casual use Its been a month I have purchased this laptop for 18k under a discount offer and its worth for its price as it comes with Windows 8.1 with a free upgrade to Windows 10.ASUS is a known brand itself.It can handle many tabs on chrome & multitask easily.500gb hard drive also makes the work easy as u can save plenty of data.Battery life is awesome(4-5 hour).At this price range this is the best laptop available in the market.

Apart from 2 gb ram there is no other reason not to go for it if you have a budget of 20K. pros: processor (at 2-3 application only 30-40% processor utilization) display sound light weight slim and neat design keypad Free upgrade to win 10 Battery (upto 4-5 hrs with heavy usage) Presence of all important ports No heating issue of any type event under heavy usage Cons: 2 gb ram (at 2-3 application ram utilization goes to 80-85%), but obviously at this price tag not a show stealer. (Solution-Dedicate some part of your hard disk as a ram and turn off the antivirus if its doesn't bother you. It comes with mcafee pre installed which is quite ram hungry)

In my opinion this is the best option in this price bracket. It has all upgraded configuration at the best price and the design is also very smart. I will give it full marks in term of looks.

Good build. Given the price point, definitely worthwhile for starters. Light weight and has a number of standard features.

Asus ebook is very light and user friendly. Best for school going kids and for homework assignments. All the features which are required for daily use are available in the system.

Awesome product

Asus is just awesome. If you need it for work not more for game, then just go for it. It has 2 gb Ram. So if you put more games in it. It will hang . Otherwise, handle it with care, you will love it.

I installed Elementary OS(Linux) to cope with 2GB ram and boy it runs like a super machine. Quad Core processor is real jem being pentium only but it can handle multiple task very nicely. Looks good, feels light. Build is solid. If you travel a lot or even want a one for daily usage only this is the one to go for.

Product is good and handy. Must be used with Windows 7 or 8 not with 10 as it lags somewhere with it. Rest is good.

Laptop is good in this range.I will recommend to run it on either windows 7 or 8 not windows 10 because it lags sometime in windows 10.

It is very light weight. Easy to carry around. Screen, keyboard and body looks high quality. It works great for browsing, excel, word and other routine stuff. I haven't played any games on it yet. But this is not a gaming laptop.

For an entry-level 14-inch laptop it is also relatively slim and portable. Whilst the low price is appealing, the lack of storage stops the E402MA from feeling like it can truly compare with other fully-fledged laptops.

Using this for a month now, updated to windows 10. Quite OK for medium task. Pros: 1) Light weight 2) Good Backup 3) Nice build quality Cons: 1) Low memory 2) You can't upgrade memory.

The product came at a good price but as the saying goes "you get what u you pay for". The system is quite slow and was almost unusable with Windows 8.1. It has improved slightly after upgrade to Windows 10. Not sure what application runs in the background that uses up 80% of the memory all the time. The system also has a poor thermal solution and the bottom skin gets very hot. I won't recommend this product. Better to pay a bit more and go for Lenovo or Dell.

Very very disappointed by this product. Not worth for money at all (I have purchased this laptop in Rs.19000/-) Laptop is very low like P3 processor. Please don't buy this product as for same amount you would have better options in market. Ram is inbuild and only 2GB which we cant update at all. You can watch only movie which will take 30 sec to 1 min to open file. Net surfing is also very slow as compared to other laptop in same amount. Flipkart team please accept my return request as this is like a trash in my home.

I ORDERED A WRONG ITEM. I WAS LOOKING FOR LAPTOP WITH DVD WRITER. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE FOR EXCHANGE. THEY ARE TELLING AS PER POLICY THEY WON'T EXCHANGE MY LAPTOP. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FLIPKART.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST AMONG ALL ONLINE SHOPPING SITES..
