Laptop is working fine, as per my expectation. Suggest to install Windows 10 as windows 8.1 does not support the hardware specification.I would suggest this laptop.

The delivery from amazon was fine.The Laptop had DOS OS.Tried installing Win10 and Ubuntu .The touch pad was not getting recognized.Used an external mouse to install the WIN 10 Pro 64 bit.The touchpad was not working even after installing all drivers.The Amazon customer service re-directed me to ASUS customer service, who asked to try with a different WIN 10 image .The issue was solved by updating BIOS.The BIOS update can be downloaded from ASUS support site.Use WIN Flash application that comes in the bundled CD to update BIOS.After BIOS update , install the ASUS smart gesture to have multi touch features.Overall the laptop is good. Speakers are loud and clear.Screen is also good.
