I could not find any laptop at this price range which comes with windows 8.1 pre-loaded. Overall quality is very good and meets my need of daily browsing and some basic editing. It may not be suitable if you want to use heavy applications such as Autocad. The battery capacity of 4-5 hours is also good. Due to windows 8.1, the laptop starts up in 4-5 seconds. Wow!!! I am satisfied in every area except a few minor issues: Audio is not very loud. The typical Asus grooved finish shows finger marks which is hard to clean.

I purchased this laptop on 30/06/2015. Delivery is before time limit. Nice Packing. Now come to the laptop. It is a nice laptop with 15.6" HD LED Screen, Quad Core Processor is fast enough for day to day work. Win8.1, 4GB Ram, 500GB HDD is smooth in running. Looks is great. Slim. Overall I am satisfied with this Notebook. I got this at price of 21000/- with discount of 1500/- by SBI Debit Card Payment through Flipkart App. Nice job ASUS & thanks to Flipkart. No other manufacturer can give give such specifications at this low price. I have been using ASUS products including Zenfone5 1.6Ghz. Overall I am happy with the products of ASUS.

Considering the price point, its a decent buy. We don't get much options with preloaded windows, 4 GB RAM and Quad core processor, at this price. Used it for a week, and overall satisfactory performance. Gud for normal usage. Touch pad is smooth but the touch buttons are too hard, u don't feel like using the same (bought a secondary mouse) Battery backup is good. With normal usage, lasts for 4-5 hrs. Average built quality, not that gud. Pros: Preloaded Win 8.1 and other apps. Quad core processor & 4 gb RAM Cons: Mouse buttons are too hard Only battery and power indicator is there Caps lock, wifi indicators missing (atleast caps lock indicator should be given in this price) Lags sometimes Overall an average product , and can be recommended, considering the price.

We bought this laptop from vendor TheLapstore. The specifications on Flipkart said Windows 8.1 but laptop was delivered with Windows 8. The packaging of ASUS was very old and worn out and the laptop manufacturing date was of Jan 2015 (Pretty old). There is not WLAN 802.11 b/c/g adapter inside this laptop. The hardware is missing so I can't run Wifi. Returning it.

I purchased asus laptop online and in the span of 2 months the laptop has been sent to the service center for 4 times the service person is not able to solve the problem when talked to the customer care people they are neither able to provide any solution nor they agreeing to replace it worst laptop of my life

Flipkart's service is getting worst day by day. I'm an old costumer of Flipkart, I have ordered several Laptops for my family and my friends.. Well I got this product delivered day before yesterday and from today It's keyboard isn't working properly, It's freezing is left inactive for more then 1 minute. So, as it have 30 day replacement I tried to replace this product but there wasn't any option available so I requested a call from Flipkart and the executive was asking to raise a request of refund not of replacement. ""So now a costumer should follow the Istructions of an Executive and now an Executive will decide that what should I do??"" Anyhow I didn't got any satisfactory answer from Flipkart and the executive disconnected the call in between the conversation. Worst Experience ever... I suggest don't go for it.. flipkart's service is being worst day by day.
