Brought this AC on July 4th 2020.Summary :Delivery 1 starInstallation 4 starAC 5 starI will try to be crisp and accurate as far as possible.delivery was a pain. I had bring the AC and Outdoor unit to 2nd floor myself along with one person from amazon as the second person flatly refused to help. (the order stated that 2 ppl will be provided by amazon...feedback shared but no response yet)Installation - was smooth and swift. However the installation guy did not know about vacuuming the copper tubes before releasing the gas ..I explained the importance (Luckily I had a vaccum pump) and got it done. Moisture + freon turn into acid which eats away the condenser and causes leaks after 4 to 5 years.Ac is superb... cooling of the room can be felt in like 30 sescs in "Powerful mode". Indoor units is noiseless but the outdoor unit is a bit noisy (may be because its right outside the room wall and there is a mesh window at the top covered with card board)ODU is huge but doesnt throw hot air like other ACs. which shows the compressor throws off less heat (less wastage)Energy consumption at 26.6 degrees + blower full speed and ceiling fan at medium is as follows (during night)4th jul - 3 units (10 hrs)5th july - 3.7 units (9 hrs)6th jul - 4.2 units (10 hrs)7th jul - 4.1 units (10 hrs)12th jul 3.8 units (10 hrs)13th jul 3.8 units (10 hrs)mind you the outside temperature and humidity did vary a lot as well .I used a custom measurement unit to measure the units ...pic attached.Rest the guys were polite and professional. Installation costed Rs3700 (750 inst, + mount, extra copper tube, etc)10 days of usage - overall excellent review. Will share updates as time passes

Efficient cooling with zero noise!!

I had purchased for 39k, the split AC had inbuilt digital display it comes with R32 gas, cooling capacity 5000W, ISEER 4.60, yearly electricity consumption 841.67 units it cools the 150sft room in 10 minutes. In Blue star running model is D series and in offline it?s cost is more than 48k you can purchase this model in online with good specification

Bluestar one of the best AC in the market. Purchased product is good and delivered and fitted on time. AC is good without noise and if power goes down also AC stops slowly. Supper efficient AC.

After 2 weeks of use nice product. Must buy!!!!

Writing this review after 10 days of usage. Room of 160sf gets chilled in 7-10 minutes. Product is beautiful and installation was done well in time even in lockdown situation.I felt the outdoor unit is huge in size comparatively and the noise level is lil high. Overall worth buying.

Not worth it. Bought this on june 2020. And its stopped working now showing some kind of error code as their might be be some functional issue. Highly disappointed from Blue star

Pls dont buy Bluestar Inverter Ac.Worst product. I bought 2.5 yrs back. it is blinking some error code now. When i call bluestar they say PCB is gone and it will cost 10K. within 2.5 yrs, a branded AC's condition is this. Then why should I go for a brand like Bluestar whch costs arnd 45k?? waste model and waste Brand.

One of the worst experiences ever. So called Authorised service centers are nothing but rip offs. Not at all cooperative and handling installations with NO iDs. Not sure of they even certified technicians or just helpers. In this Pandemic, no guidlines being followed. Just words and no reoslve.
