Booked this AC last Friday on Flipkart and received after 6 days, through Gati courier. Packing was nice and delivery was on time as said on the time of booking. After receiving got it installed within two days. Flipkart team took follow up and made sure prompt response by Bluestar team. Now about AC....Performance is as expected from Bluestar, cooled my 12X14 room within span of 5-7 minutes. No significant sound was there as described in some of the reviews. Will update about power consumption after using it for some time. Gr8 job Flipkart team...Keep it up !!!!

worst no delivery sometimes it will show it can deliver but after shipment they will cancel the product i love flipkart but by this product i had lost impression worst flipkart

I got on time delivery. And installation is done within 2 days. Nice AC, it cools room very fast and almost silent. Best in this range.

1. Price: Market price was Rs 39000/-. On other shopping sites around Rs 35000/-. Got the deal from flipkart in Rs 32600/-. 2. Delivery: ordered on 21.04.2015, delivered on 28.042015, so pretty fast delivey by flipkart. 3. Installation: Received SMS from flipkart on 04.05.2015, that they have scheduled installation of AC within 2 days. So it was very late from flipkart. I was outstation, so I cancelled the scheduled installation. I again put installation request on 18.05.2015, followed by many calls/emails, finally installed on 25.05.2015. Installation guys were not professional, but some local guys. Though they installed the ac, but not very perfectly. Stand was a bit loose. Charges for installation Rs 1200 + 750 for stand. Plus Rs 2200 for 3 core cabling and AC box, which was done by other electrician.. 4. Ac performance: Happy so far, cools very faster, within 5 min cools Room of size 12X12X12. Only cons so far is that it is a bit noisy. Regarding Electricity bill can't say, yet to receive bill. Anyway I am happy with AC so far. Using in Chandrapur (Maharshtra) where temp crosses 50, but ac works superb. Overall rating 4.5/5

This is one of the biggest companies for air conditioners and to get this ac at this price is unbelievable. In market this ac is nearly 10k Rs costlier. The AC works beautifully and the installation was pretty good. Awesome Product. Go for it without hesitating, you won't regret buying this..

Received within 6 days. Bluestar guys called up next day and installed the product on the same day.AC is very good backed by good service. Go for it!

Really blue star ac is awsome

I bought the product in April, so I am yet to test it seriously including the extent of electricity bill. Though the product was delivered immaculately with good packing, the guys who came to install took more than 6 hours to install due to their lack of knowledge. They had to undo a few of their tasks as they could not gauge the measurement. However, the product is working fine and meets expectation. There is one complaint that the Auto Air-Guider does not close properly. It remains ajar. I really do not know if it is a manufacturing defect or something happened at the time of installation. Nonetheless, I am very much satisfied with Flipkart's service. Hope I keep getting the wonderful service from them.

Bought this product due too too much heat in Bangalore, blue star is just awesome and hence chosen this product, but the installation person said me that this condenser is made of aluminum which will have less life and gets repairs frequently....So guys prefer Copper condenser before purchasing the AC..Copper Condenser will give you more life to the AC.

Hi, I picked up this unit from Flipkart, The product is a renowned product and i have used Blue Star before so i have no issues with it.But what i wanted to review was the experience of after sales by flipkart. This is the 3rd AC i am buying for my house, the other 2 was bought from the electronic Shop who after delivering usually connects us to the company (Samsung, LG etc) and they fix it in a couple of days, Max by 3 days (during peak season). I picked this one, it got delivered on 28th and till now its not fixed!! No idea what the issue is... every one hides behind the phone including the Flipkart executives. on Sunday some engineer came to my house but he didnt even have the proper tools, so he left... finally some one said they will surely install it yesterday, but now that person is not even picking up my calls :( My Learning would be, if you have intense after sales installation, Please rely on the local shops and not online stores!! as long as everything goes fine, its good, else you are screwed and no one will respond with the correct status. Selling a Great product... any one can do... Proper after sales co-ordination is the Key, flipkart has not got it right!!

Product was delivered on time without any issues or damages. But the guy who came for installation did wrong wiring between Indoor and Outdoor unit. AC works without any issues for a week and after that the outdoor unit doesn't works. I raised a trouble ticket with Blue Star and the service guy finally figured out the pathetic work done by the installation guy sent from Flipkart or its partners. It was mentioned by Flipkart that installation will be done by "authorized service engineer", but that doesn't seems to be the case. DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TO INSTALL THE AC, DO IT BY RAISING THE REQUEST TO THE MANUFACTURERS.

Good Brand and service But it has aluminium cooling coil. had to replace with copper for better cooling. Please read the description carefully before purchasing it.

how much temperarure it can capabulity of work

I purchased a Blue Star split AC and the installation person sent by you has completely messed up with the installation. The AC stand has not been properly balanced and falling towards one side, the pipes are hanging without being placed along the wall and the electric wire is also left hanging behind the curtains and again not placed along with wall. The hole drilled was not done with proper tools.Please send another technician else I will write to Amazon and return the product.

Does it have a copper condenser?

Flipkart as usual gave great service and on-time delivery. But this Bluestar AC model is defective. In two weeks the fan started making a ear shattering sound because the C shaped hole in the middle of the fan eroded to become Circular. It seems this is a problem typical to this model. Bluestar people came and replaced the fan in around 4 days but in between we had a lot of scuffles with neighbors because of the earth shattering sound which kept on increasing with usage. Really a terrible experience.

I would like tell about installation service for Blue star AC refereed by flip kart. I had a very bad experience. Two guys are came to fix the my Split AC. One guy is opened the indoor and outdoor unit box. I told him when your opening box please be careful so I that I need the box to shift in future but he didn't listen to me and broken the box into pieces. When I was taking the phone one guy steal some of bolts & nuts, rubbers in the box and kept in his bag. Same guy opened my wall mount stand which I purchased myself in the shop. Again he steal the some of bolts & nuts which is in wall mount stand box. They sold those bolts and nuts to me Rs 250 and saying these will not come with AC box which is fake. I came to know this at the end of installation because I have seen new rubbers packet in his bag which is used in outdoor unit. Hole in the wall is not properly drilled and outdoor unit stand is not properly drilled. Out door unit is not in Horizontal position. After fixing the stabilizer in the wall it fell down when they left due to not properly fixed in the wall. Out door unit Cover for pipes is not fixed they not closed and left. The above problems I identified myself and called them 3times to fix correctly. The engineers which came to my home they are not professionals they are local people. They have less knowledge. Fixing cooling pipes are not proper still there is cooling leaks at the outdoor unit. Buy through flip kart but don't do installation referred by flip kart. Call the blue star customer service and get it installed by Blue star. I will take my review comments back if I get clear resolution of the issues by flip kart.

Very noisy AC and even after several complaints with Flipkart and BlueStar, the issue is not resolved.
