Product is good for the price. However very bad experience with the installation. They robbed with 2k and no bill was produced. Post installation water started leaking, registered complaint but no reaponse for more than 3 days.

Remote access is not good

Initial takes more time to cool the Room but later cooling is Good. Therefore start initially at with full compressor speed means set temp below 20, later you set the temperature as per you convenience.Service from the installation team is perfectly excellent.

It doesn't swing at greater angle. Out door unit makes a weird noise which I don't get from other brand.

The installation was very poor. After one week the gas started leaking.

I have registered a complaint with the company after the machine was delivered since stopped working after too much of follow up the dealer informed the machine was not functioning as there was no sufficient gas in the new machine bought in the last week of AprilI had register a complaint with which was promptly closed with out any resolution I

Bill not given to me. Delivery person said that it will be affixed on the Box but it's not avl.

I bought this AC one month back. I am facing issues with the AC fan which keeps working for 15 minutes after i switch off the AC. is anyone else facing the same issue? When i called carrier service center, they said it's normal. Please advise what is the solution.

Received defective item. Zero rating

Faced AC gas leakage issue 3 times in 2 months , finally I requested them to replace the unit , it seems there is manufacturing defect.

Worst product, outdoor unit stopped working after 13 days and Amazon customer care says they cannot do anything about it

Bad Product, Not Recommended !This is unsatisfactory product. I ordered this and initial installation had issues then a new replacement was provided which stopped working after few weeks itself. Do not recommend this product, save your money.

Either they have provided the defective piece or else carrier has stopped making good ac's...The service center representatives are not trained guys... they just behave like local technicians...wast of moneyI am writing this review after 3 monthns of usage..In just 3 months it stopped cooling and representatives are asking to refill gas....I wonder which ac needs gas refilling in 3 months...Lol
