Value for money.

I had replaced a 1.5 ton with carrier 1 ton model for my 12x10ft sq. room. Earlier it used to be chilled, now the cooling is very comfortable. Nice product. Installation was planned by carrier very well, despite rescheduling from my side. Installation was done satisfactorily just one thing that these 3rd party service center folks will try to make it a non-standard one by either saying your internal pipe is blocked or damaged for extra labor charges. Use your intelligence and do due diligence. Nice deal from amazon, 2k cashback, 500 rs for installation.

Good AC and good cooling. Pretty much satisfied with the customer service. Looks a little bulky, other than that highly recommended.

Excellent performance.

I have been using it for a month now and all seems to be okay so far. Cooling is sufficient but I find that the blow is not that strong enough in comparison to the other AC which I have at home.

The installation was good. After using it for month, I find Mitsubishi AC is having better and faster cooling compared to Carrier but at this budget Carrier is Good.

The product is good and has a good value for money but lacks a bit on make quality (lloyd make is better) and high noise generation. Also there is no swing option which is a real setback but overall the product is a good deal and satisfied the purpose efficiently

Here's why the 3 stars.1. Most of the functions mentioned here don't work. There's no horizontal swing.2.Apart from 500 rs in installation, I was charged an extra 750 for the stand.3. The installation guys were okay.4. 3 stars just because it's carrier.

Cooling is too good but the inner swinger doesn't swing all the there is option button on remote but it's non operating

Still not getting the warranty card neither any information
