Vivo X300 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Vivo X300 runs Android 16 and is powered by a 6040mAh non-removable battery. The Vivo X300 supports wireless charging, as well as 90W Fast Charging fast charging.

Connectivity options on the Vivo X300 include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v6.00, NFC, and USB Type-C with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
