Vivo X300s mobile was launched on 30th March 2026. The phone comes with a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.78-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1260x2800 pixels (1.5K) at a pixel density of 452 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Vivo X300s is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Vivo X300s runs Android 16 and is powered by a 7100mAh non-removable battery. The Vivo X300s supports wireless charging, as well as 90W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo X300s on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 200-megapixel (f/1.68) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.57) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 50-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.

The Vivo X300s runs OriginOS 6 is based on Android 16 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Vivo X300s is a dual-SIM mobile. The Vivo X300s measures 161.98 x 75.48 x 8.00mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 217.00 grams. It was launched in ream Core Purple, Film Green, Silver Tone, and Titanium Black (translated from Chinese) colours.

Connectivity options on the Vivo X300s include Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.40, NFC, Infrared, and USB Type-C with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
