I was using ifb washing machine earlier and bought this model recently.The machine is very good in my opinion,it washes clothes nicely.And noise level is very very less from the earlier model.It uses very less water to wash clothes .I am very happy with it.

Excellent product . The information was absolutely correct as shown on the site and deliver was also done on time and in great condition . The machine is well built aesthetically and extremely simple to use . The motor performance and other things can be elaborated after I have more experience with the product also due to popularity of the product the installation wait time is little longer that's why I have only given 4 stars and saved one for the later .

the washing machine was delivered in a damaged state...got the replacement after numerous calls with customer support but now chasing them for installation and demo, Overall experience of the purchase was bad.

Do not go for it! Since day 1, my machine's auto start is not functioning and I reported it duly. However, both their local and global service centres are pathetic and careless. The issue has been tossing around ever since and they look too busy to attend to it! Or even reply to my emails. The machine is packed with good features but in the absence of strong servicing as the backbone, its useless. Overall, a very harassing experience :(

Received damaged product twice. Now they are asking for refund if flipkart couldn't deliver then why they are selling product online... Never buy anything from flipkart. Worst experience.

Pathetic product. Even worse customer care. Imagine this. The machine starting smoking up and their service center says you could continue to use the product.Jokers !
