This is a amazing product i have been using this product since 2017. But after using it for almost 4 yrs it is working efficiently and conume ver less units around 200 units if you run it 12-14 hrs. Its consume very less electricity i am very happy they way it is working..

Waiting for electricity bill to provide the review......I am a kolkata based user1.Around RS 500 -600 additional for 10-12 hr/day usage in a month.. This is what I found from my electricity bill.2. Cooling reduced after 1.5 month of use but just after cleaning the filter, again It ran fine which is a suggested point by LG itself.It's been more then 2 month now, I am using this.5 star for the product, 5 star for enegry efficiency and 4 star for installation.

1. Delivered within 48 hours.2. I requested for installation on weekends and same was taken care of.3. Installation was smooth and professional.4. You will have to pay for addition brackets,Arpoxx 750, Drain Pipe- 70 /ft and copper wire if extra.5. Overall installation costed me 2300.6. Please check for GST. They should not charge 18% GST on MPR. For example 750 for brackets is including GST, 499 Standard installation charges is including GST. For copper wire and drain pipe you need to check with LG service center.7. Colling is good. It will take 15 mins to reach optimal cooling performance.8. Awaiting electricity bill.9. 500 rs additional on previous bill. Efficient choice

Using it for 10�12 feet room on ground floor.Dimension of the room and floor is very important while choosing thr capacity of AC. I repeat VERY IMPORTANT.Specially if you are looking for an Inverter Split AC.Using it for 2 months now, and it can chill the room in 5 min, sound is pretty less, energy saving is quite high, No major effect on the electricity consumption as such. A few hundreds(rupees) is all that added in a monthly bill(most important point).I use it for approx 14 hours a day.

Superb one..

Only negative issue was.....The LG mechanic who installed it, had connected AC water drain pipe in Kitchen drainage pipe, so there was foul smell coming from indoor unit.I had complained to LG but their 2 visits could not solve the problem. Later I solved it by removing the water pipe from kitchen drain pipe.

Product is too good, but LG installation guy had average knowledge. As he didn't shared any knowledge all by himself, related to AC usage. Infact i had to call Service Technician again to share proper Demo, and the guy who arrived for the second time was having proper knowledge. Bit worried about the condenser coil as it is made of aluminium, but would rather prefer pouring 1 liter of water on the condenser once in a month so that no dust will be accumulated, as advised by one of the Technician. Because once if the leakage starts then entire coil needs to be replace with copper. Need to add again the product is truly good with good features.

It is running as smooth as amazon services are. Trust me, I got a very good deal and that deal is delighting me till now. Thanks LG for good AC and thanks Amazon for offering unremarkable price. Electricity bill for one month ( here in HP) is 500 to 600 only.
