Meizu 16s is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The Meizu 16s runs Android and is powered by a 3600mAh battery. The Meizu 16s supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Meizu 16s on the rear packs a 48-megapixel (f/1.7) primary camera, and a 20-megapixel (f/2.6) camera. It sports a 20-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.2 aperture.
