Yamada Denki, a Japanese company, has launched a new Windows 10 Mobile-based smartphone named Every Phone.

The smartphone will be available to buy starting Saturday priced at JPY 39,800 (approximately Rs. 22,000) for the unlocked version. A locked version will be also available at JPY 1,791 (approximately Rs. 1,000) per month for two years. The Japanese company has announced that the first 3,000 phones will be bundled free with the smartphone including a Bluetooth keyboard and a screen protector.

The Yamada Denki Every Phone runs Windows 10 Mobile, which is the mobile edition of the company's latest operating system. It is said to be thinnest Windows running smartphone. It features a 6.9mm side profile which makes it as thin as the iPhone 6. The handset measures 154.8x78.6mm and weighs 139 grams. To recall, the Lumia 830 measuring 8.5mm was earlier considered as the thinnest Windows smartphone; though Microsoft's Lumia 950 became the thinnest Windows phone with a profile of 8.2mm. Running Windows 10 Mobile, the handset comes preloaded with Office Mobile apps such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint among others. The Japanese company also claims the Every Phone is the first non-Lumia handset to run the new operating system, Windows 10 Mobile.

For specifications, the Yamada Denki Every Phone is backed by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clubbed with 2GB of RAM. It features a 5.5-inch HD display with 720x1280 pixels screen resolution. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera.
