M-tech is a brand of affordable phones promoted by M-tech Informatics Ltd with its headquarters in Delhi. The company was incorporated in 2010. M-tech's latest mobile launch is the Phone 4a. The mobile was launched in 5th March 2026. The phone comes with a 6.78-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1,224 pixels by 2,720 pixels at a PPI of 440 pixels per inch.
The Nothing Phone 4a is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor and it comes with 6GB, 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The phone packs 128GB, 256GB of internal storage As far as the cameras are concerned, the Nothing Phone 4a packs a 50-megapixel (f/1.88) + 50-megapixel (f/2.88) + 8-megapixel (f/2.2) primary camera on the rear and a 32-megapixel (f/2.2) front shooter for selfies.
The Nothing Phone 4a runs Android 16 and is powered by a 5400mAh non removable battery. It measures 163.95 x 77.57 x 8.55 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 204.50 grams.
The Nothing Phone 4a is a dual SIM (GSM + CDMA and GSM + CDMA) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB Type-C and 4G. Sensors on the phone include In-Display Fingerprint Sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
