The first Reliance Digital Store was opened in 2007 in New Delhi. The company has over 1200 Reliance Digital Stores of varying sizes in over 250 cities across the country. The company also operates Apple exclusive stores dubbed iStore in India. Reliance's latest mobile launch is the Reconnect RPSPE4701. The mobile was launched in August 2014. The phone comes with a 4.70-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels.

The Reliance Reconnect RPSPE4701 is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core it comes with 1GB of RAM. The phone packs 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Reliance Reconnect RPSPE4701 packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Reliance Reconnect RPSPE4701 runs Android 4.2.2 and is powered by a 2000mAh removable battery.

The Reliance Reconnect RPSPE4701 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Regular and Regular. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM and 3G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
