The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.75-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 720x1570 pixels (HD+) at a pixel density of 256 pixels per inch (ppi). OPPO K14x 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. It comes with 4GB, 6GB of RAM. The OPPO K14x 5G runs Android 15 and is powered by a 6500mAh non-removable battery. The OPPO K14x 5G supports 45W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the OPPO K14x 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.
