Realme 16 Pro+ 5G is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. It comes with 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The Realme 16 Pro+ 5G runs Android 16 and is powered by a 7,000mAh non-removable battery. The Realme 16 Pro+ 5G supports 80W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 200-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/2.8) camera, and an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 50-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.
