I have been using the product since 3 years. I consider this as value for money. Various modes helps washing based on delicacy of the clothes. Drum remains very stable during Spin in full load as well.

Its a good washing machine with decent features. Using it for two weeks only. I got it for only 10.5K during Big billion days from Amazon.

unable to view the inside tube of the WM which create a lot of confusion before buying the product. based on the past experience with different WM I would prefer a visuals from all the possible angles as given for some washing machines in the website as it provides a transparency rating is not for the product

I am a customer of Flipkart since 2010 but haven't experienced such bad courier and Packaging. The GATI Courier service used by Flipkart is one of the worst courier service i have experienced so far. Tracking system is extremely bad and they also brought my product (washing machine) laying down. A tampered is made in the body due to such bad handling and packaging. I haven't expected such irresponsible service by WS Retailer. The washing machine is good my colleagues are using it from past 1 year that's why i purchased it, no doubt it is a good product from Samsung. I am giving 1 star to this product due to the bad courier and Packaging but the product is good.

Installation and Demo not provided, but same appears completed as per communication from Flipakrt and Samsung. Executive assigned for demo had called for scheduling visit, and we confirmed on Saturday 22-Aug-2015 at 10:00 AM, but no one shown up to my place. Later on working days tried reaching on the number of the demo executive but couldn't connect to him. Request concerned to look into the matter and arrange for the installation and product demo at earliest.

I have got my Washing machine delivered on 2nd May (Saturday) And today is 7th May (Tuesday) no one from Flipkart contacted or came for Installation and Demo. Only thing is I wanted to follow up for and the response they say is call us tomorrow if not happened. I have been recommended to return the product by one customer service member They also said don't buy big products if your atTrichy And today at last I got my Washing Machine Installed, the flipkart customer care person who told me that the installation is delayed from Samsung, and when I enquired the Service Engineer he said he works for Flipkart. I got surprised when the Service Engineer told that I got the installation very fast else it would take minimum a week. Im a frustrated customer...

I don't like the loud noise this machine makes, it gives a feeling as if I have bought a used one. I don't recommend this product.

You sold defective product and when I raised a retrun request you just keep asking date aftare date and I need to call you in every 2 day to find out whats happening you are not even bothered what your Customers are going though. If you cannot manage a simple issue why do you run a eCommerce website.

Had a bad experience using this washing machine. The clothes are not properly clean after the full cycle is complete and washing powder gets stick to the clothes.
