As usual Flipkart's Fast & Prompt Delivery of such heavy product without any damage. Installation & Demo was arranged by Flipkart on the same day. Using the product for the past 6 months and recommend as it's performance is great! Rating 5 star. WS Retail is always creating confidence to customers to go for Flipkart.

It is a very good washing machine. Uses less water, cleans clothes well..Even after putting 2 blankets it consumed only 4 levels of water..Otherwise it is always max 3 levels..So water saving actually happens!!Excellent service from Amazon and demo from Samsung..Very silent..Easy to use..Sink helps a lot for pre washing..And the side water jet is cute..:)...Perfect buy..Just go for it blindly if u plan to buy this.!!!

The product was delivered on time and the installtion engineer from Samsung has called me up the next day morning, visited my home immediately and installed the machine. Happy with flipkart and Samsung service. It would be too early to comment on the quality as hardly one test wash it has completed so far.

while buying this machine i scheduled its delivery on sunday, 5th july but they were so eager to deliver it the very next day that they overlooked the availability of customer and so called samsung customer executive was rude and impatient to install it the very next day ,i.e. on 3rd july and which has not happened till today despite i have conveyed the same to flipkart person. now thinking to return this product.

I was using a front load washing machine from a good brand. Later i have decide to buy this machine and used it for more than a year. This is poor in doing its purpose.. NOT worth to buy. Please stay away
