Vivo T4 Ultra is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor. It comes with 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The Vivo T4 Ultra runs Android 15 and is powered by a 5500mAh non-removable battery. The Vivo T4 Ultra supports 90W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo T4 Ultra on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.88) primary camera; an 8-megapixel (f/2.2, ultra wide-angle) camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.55, telephoto) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture.

The Vivo T4 Ultra runs FuntouchOS 15 is based on Android 15 and packs 256GB, 512GB of inbuilt storage. The Vivo T4 Ultra is a dual-SIM mobile. The Vivo T4 Ultra measures 160.50 x 75.02 x 7.45mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 193.00 grams. It was launched in Meteor Grey and Phoenix Gold colours. It features an IP64 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the Vivo T4 Ultra include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.40, NFC, Infrared, USB OTG, and USB Type-C with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
